    Cost Structure

    Choose the investment level and the number of weeks use per year that is right for you and your family.

    Investment Options:

    • 10% equity: $210,000 one-time capital contribution, $10,800 annual fees, 4 weeks of use annually plus free space available
    • 15% equity: $315,000 one-time capital contribution, $16,200 annual fees, 6 weeks of use annually plus free space available
    • 20% equity: $420,000 one-time capital contribution, $21,600 annual fees, 8 weeks of use annually plus free space available

    > Cost Per Night in this model: $385 (annual fees/nights of use)

    *These fees are allocated directly to expenses relating to the comprehensive maintenance and management of the residence, including property taxes, utilities, interior and exterior maintenance, HOA fees, flood insurance, household supplies as well as deferred maintenance.

    Rental Participation Program

    Partners have the option to rent some of their weeks to offset annual expenses. After calculating the property management fees, the net rental income per week is approximately $4,900/week. As you can see in the chart below, if you rent just three weeks of you six weeks per year, your annual expenses are reduced to just $1,500 a year all while enjoying a $1.75m luxury condo in the heart of Cabo San Lucas.

    The Exit Strategy

    The exit strategy was developed by Lifestyle Asset Group to ensure owners have a genuine investment opportunity.

    The term of the LLC is 8 years, a length that mirrors the holding period of vacation homes in general. At the end of the term, the residence is sold by Lifestyle Asset Group on behalf of the LLC at its highest possible value.

    Each owner’s capital contribution is first returned in full, and 80% of property appreciation is then shared equally.
